We will train the right candidate.
The schedule is Monday through Friday and if you work a Saturday or Sunday you can take a day of during the week at your chosen.
Majority of the hours are 8:
00 am to 5:
00 pm with some flexibility.
Specific Duties/Responsibilities The Floor Technician performs various routine building operational tasks and environmental project work as needed or required by schedule or work orders.
Carpet steam cleaning Upholstery cleaning Strip, refinish, and buff floors Janitorial/Cleaning Demonstrate an understanding and puts into practice excellent customer service Qualifications Must have a valid Pennsylvania driver's license Previous experience of at least six months in janitorial, buffing, strip/wax Ability to follow instructions from written work order Must be able to work a Saturday or Sunday; and some evenings Job Types:
